Laker and the Moon reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

Returns (Excluding Wholesale)
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and do our upmost to ensure all of our products leave us in perfect condition but if for any reason you are no completely satisfied then we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 14 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. If for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at lakerandthemoon@gmail to obtain a returns code and return address. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. With the exception of faulty goods return postage, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days.

Delivery
Delivery fee is applied at checkout and unless otherwise stated or arranged all items are sent by second class Royal Mail. We normally aim to dispatch items within 14 working day of receipt of order.

On the occasions that Laker and the Moon is shut due to holidays, you will still be able to place orders on the website, but a notice on the checkout page will advise you of the first date that we are back in the office and will be able to start processing your order.

Liability
The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Laker and the Moon.

If you require further information about any of our products or advice about your order, please email lakerandthemoon@gmail.com. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is correct, Laker and the Moon cannot accept responsibility for any errors made. Patterns and packaging may vary from those shown on the website.

Order amendment
Please note Laker and the Moon orders cannot be amended once order confirmation email has been sent. Please check your Shopping Cart contents before checking out and ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered.

Privacy and Data Protection
We keep a record of some of the information you give us, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you may send us. We do this as it helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not pass on your details to any third party but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where we have incomplete order details or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Out of stock items
We try our best to maintain stock availability, but occasionally we may sell out of an item and have to wait a short period of time for new stock to arrive. If there is likely to be a delay due to an item being out of stock then we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order, the choice of an alternative design or the option to cancel your order. Payment will not be captured until stock has been checked.
